FAQs

What if you end up finishing sooner and have extra time?

It’s a good idea to prepare a couple of wish-list items in case the main projects are done sooner than expected. Carpe diem!

Is there anything that cannot be done on a Designer Day?

Designer Days are all about execution. Some projects, like branding and web design, require more planning and are generally not a good fit for Designer Days. We’ll agree on a realistic scope beforehand so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

My project needs copywriting, too. Can you do that?

To get the most out of your Designer Day, have the copy prepared in advance. Short text that doesn’t require research or strategy can be included in your Designer Day deliverables.

What if the project takes longer than expected?

The sun has never yet set on an unfinished project, but should it happen, rest assured that the project will be completed first thing the following day.

I think I’ll like the design, but what happens if I don’t?

Since you’re in the best of hands, you’re more than likely to like it. Still, there’s always that chance you’ll want a different style. You’re welcome to request revisions mid-day, with the understanding that less ground will be covered.

I’m the project manager, but my boss is the final approver for all creative work. How would that work?

In the interest of efficiency, we highly recommend that your team select one decision-maker in advance of your Designer Day.

Can our internal marketing team access the open files?

Yes. Your Designer Day is designed to meet your needs. If raw files will help you, they’re yours.
